Cruisin' along life's highway

Bill,

We are so pleased to have met you and Sheila along our life's highway. The detour to the Audi group has been a great side trip because of great folks like you. May we have many more side trips together whether at the fast tracks or the teen tracks. A glass of wine in between just sweetens the trip.

Perspective

It is said that the average brain weighs about 1.4 kilograms and after the age of 20 you start losing 1 gram of brain mass per year, which includes around 9,000 neurons per day.

Now if this correct, I did the math to determine that you have lived approximately 14,600 days since turning 20, which would leave you with -600 kilograms of brain mass.

The good news is, taking into account at least 5 good years of substance abuse, that you have only killed around 186 million of the 1 billion neurons you have, giving you 99 billion yet to kill.
So at the age of 60 you’re looking pretty good, because according to my calculations you should look like this
